Dr Adam Storey is the New Zealand Athletics Strength and Condition coach while also being the New Zealand Weight lifting coach. He is also the S&C for Valire Adams and help her through several surgeries to come back fight fit for the Rio olympics earning a gold medal and winning the diamond league series for 2016.
Adam completed his PhD in December 2012, titled “Molecular and Neuromuscular Responses and Adaptations to High-Power, High-Intensity Resistance Exercise in Competitive Weightlifters and Resistance Trained Adults”.
Adam Storey graduated with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Sport & Exercise Science and Physiology from The University of Auckland in 2005. The following year, Adam completed his First Class Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science.
